الذكاء الاصطناعي ودوره في الاثبات امام القضاء الإداري

الملخص

يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي من اهم وأكثر التكنولوجيا الحديثة، كونه نتاج ثمرة جهود مبذولة من قبل العلماء لعقود من الزمن حيث بذلوا الكثير من المعرفة والأموال بغية الوصول الى خلق نظام اصطناعي يفكر ويساعد في القيام ببعض المهام والواجبات، وهذه الخطوات كان لها أثر كبير على واقع بعض الأنظمة التي يعدها البعض عاجزة عن حل بعض المشاكل مما يستوجب توجيه لتنظيم قانوني خاص لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي.

وامام هذه الأنظمة المتقدمة من التكنولوجيا، يشكل دليل الاثبات بصورة عامة مظهر من مظاهر الحقيقة التي يطمح الوصول اليها الجميع بما فيهم القاضي الإداري والمتقاضين في الدعوى الإدارية، ومن هنا أصبح الكل يسعى الى البحث عن الحقائق من خلال استخدام مختلف الاساليب الحديثة، والتي تتمثل بالأنظمة التكنولوجية ذات الطابع الذكي وفي طليعة تلك الأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث يمثل الاخير تحديا جديدا من خلال مدى إمكانية تطبيقه في مجال القضاء وبالأخص بالإثبات القضائي.
