Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands as a pinnacle of modern technology, representing the culmination of decades of scientific research and substantial investment dedicated to developing systems capable of simulating cognitive functions and executing complex tasks. These advancements have profoundly impacted frameworks, addressing their limitations in resolving intricate problems, thereby necessitating the establishment of a robust legal framework to regulate AI systems.
In the context of these technological strides, evidence remains the fundamental manifestation of truth sought by all parties in administrative disputes, including judges and litigants. Consequently, there is a growing trend toward leveraging modern methodologies to ascertain factual truth, most notably intelligent systems led by AI. However, this integration presents a novel challenge regarding the extent of its applicability within the judicial sphere, particularly in the domain of judicial
