الملخص

يعد النظام الاداري في الاسلام من الوظائف الاساسية للادارة بشكل عام وهو نظام متكامل قائم على مبادءى الشورى والعدل والكفاءة ويستند على اسس القران والسنة النبوية وعندما نتحدث على هذا النظام نتحدث عن ظاهرة موجودة قبل الاف السنين قد بنيت على اساس متين وقائمة على هيكل متكامل التي برزت اثارها على مر السنين ،مع التركيز على اهمية العنصر البشري والشعور بالمسؤولية وتحقيق اهداف شرعية كتعمير الارض، وهو نظام يتسم بالمرونة لمواجهة تحديات العصر مع الثبات على المبادى الاساسية حيث ان المنهج الاسلامي في تنظيم الادارة العامة يختلف من دولة الى دولة تبعا للظروف السياسية والاجتماعية لكل دولة.
