ان عملية دراسة الحوكمة الرقمية ومدى تاثيرها في تعزيز الحكم الرشيد تتطلب منا دراسة معمقة لابرز جوانب المؤثرة في الحكم الرشيد ومؤشراته فضلا عن دراسة الحوكمة الرقمية والياتها،وفي هذا الصدد برز دور الحوكمة الرقمية في العراق بعد العام 2021 بوصفها اداة فاعلة في تعزيز الشفافية والكفاءة في ادارة المؤسسات العامة كون تلك العناصر من المؤشرات المهمة في الحكم الرشيد ،وبالتالي يحاول البحث ان يطرح رؤية جديدة على معالجة الترهل في ادارة المؤسسات العامة من خلال تبني الحوكمة الرقمية وجعلها مدخلاً استراتيجياً لتعزيز الحكم الرشيد في العراق.
