الملخص

تجسد الدراسة عرض و تحليل قضية المياه بوصفها محور العلاقات المائية العراقية التركية ومرتكزاً للجغرافيا السياسية في كل مرحلة من مراحل التاريخ والتي تعتبر احد المعايير والمحددات الجيوسياسية واساس الارتباط والتعاون لحماية العلاقات الدولية او يكون على أساس صراع مستمر ودائم اذ ارتكز أحد الدول على تغليب مصالحة على حساب الاخر، وبالتالي تسعى تركيا إلى تطبيق الاستراتيجية المائية والاستفادة إلى حد كبير من نهري دجلة والفرات وذلك عن طريق انشاء السدود، وبناء المشاريع المائية لكي تصبح تركيا دولة اقليمية مؤثرة ومسيطرة، وهذا ما يؤثر على العلاقات العراقية التركية، تركز الدراسة على العلاقات والاتفاقيات الثنائية بين البلدين وما مدى تأثيرها على الامن المائي الامر الذي يستدعي وسائل و أليات لتقليل التوترات ولتحقيق إدارة مستدامة لدعم استقرار العلاقات الدولية بين العراق و تركيا، وعلى ما يتبين من الدراسة استمرار متغير المياه المؤثر على العلاقات العراقية التركية.
