دور المترجم في الدعوى الجزائية

يتضمن هذا البحث دور المترجم في الدعوى الجزائية بأعتباره احد الضمانات الاساسية لتحقيق المحاكمة العادلة وضمان حقوق الدفاع وتمكينهم من فهم اجراءات الدعوى الجزائية من خلال نقل الاقوال والعبارات من لغة مجهولة الى لغة معلومة للقاضي و الاطراف ، ويهدف البحث الى بيان الاهمية القانونية للمترجم وتحديد التزاماته المهنية المتمثلة بالاحترافية والاخلاص و والحياد والسرية ، فضلاً الى ذلك توضيح نطاق مسؤوليته المدنية والجزائية عند الاخلال بهذه الالتزامات . كما يبين الطبيعة القانونية لعمل المترجم وتمييزه عما يشتبه به من اشخاص الدعوى الجزائية كالخبيرو الشاهد، ويبرز دوره بوصفه وسيله لتوضيح وفهم الادلة لا وسيله لأثبات دليل معين.
