Information and communication technology has become a driving force in shaping modern society, acting as a cornerstone for development and international cooperation. In the midst of globalization and digital openness, the evolution of global communication systems represents a profound shift from the tangible world to a virtual digital one. This shift is clearly observed in nations that harness ICT to meet sustainable development targets through e-government initiatives. The core aim of e-government is to streamline bureaucratic procedures, reduce administrative overhead, and deliver services electronically, thereby improving governmental efficiency and fostering interaction with citizens, businesses, and institutions to propel sustainable growth. Sustainable development is a crucial pathway for nations striving for economic and social progress while safeguarding the inheritance of future generations. It calls for a delicate integration of economic, social, and environmental considerations. E-government serves as a pivotal mechanism in this context by boosting operational transparency, minimizing the environmental footprint of public services, and stimulating public engagement in governance. Through the strategic use of ICT, e-government aligns public services more closely with human needs and sustainable objectives
