تداعيات الأزمة اليمنية في البيئتين الإقليمية والدولية بين عامي (2011-2019)

الازمة اليمنية شأنها شأن الازمات التي تعيشها بعض الدول العربية ( سوريا – ليبيا ) نتيجة لمخرجات احداث الربيع العربي, ومع دخول الحرب في اليمن اتضحت حجم المشاكل الإنسانية وتهديم هيكلية المجتمع وحجم الخراب الهائل في اماكن الصراع المختلفة، فهي العناوين الأكثر وضوحاً التي برزت بعد تزايد خطر التنافس الإقليمي الدولي والتدخلات الخارجية التي زادت من تعقيد الحرب وغياب أي حلول أو نتائج ايجابية في المدى القريب ان تضع حداً لنهاية هذه الحرب. ولا يجب الاعتماد كثيراً على إحلال الأمن والسلام في اليمن من خلال المفاوضات وذلك لوجود تدخلات إقليمية ودعم سياسي وعسكري لطرفي الحرب مع إقرارهما باستحالة حسم المعركة عسكرياً لأي منهما, وغياب أية آفاق قد تؤدي لتسوية سياسية ترضي أطراف الحرب أو بضغط دولي لإرغام الأطراف على وقف إطلاق النار بقرارات من مجلس الأمن الدولي.
