الملخص

شهد البحر الأحمر بعد عام 2023 تصاعدًا في الاهتمام الدولي نتيجة تزايد أهميته الجيوسياسية المرتبطة بأمن الملاحة والتجارة العالمية والطاقة. وجاء ذلك بفعل تفاعل محددات أمنية واقتصادية واستراتيجية، أبرزها تهديدات الملاحة واضطراب سلاسل الإمداد، مما دفع القوى الدولية إلى تعزيز حضورها في الإقليم، كما أدى التنافس بين القوى الكبرى إلى تنوع أنماط النفوذ عبر الوجود العسكري، والشراكات الأمنية، والاستثمارات الاقتصادية. وتباينت سياسات الفاعلين؛ إذ ركزت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والدول الأوروبية على أمن الملاحة، بينما اعتمدت الصين على الأدوات الاقتصادية، وسعت روسيا إلى تعزيز حضورها الجيوسياسي، وانعكس ذلك على البيئة الإقليمية والدولية بزيادة التنافس والتعاون البحري، وتعاظم أهمية الدول المشاطئة، ومن المتوقع استمرار مركزية البحر الأحمر في النظام الدولي، مع ارتباط استقراره بقدرة الأطراف على إدارة التنافس وتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي.
