فاعلية هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية في مكافحة الفساد في العراق بعد عام 2020

تُعدّ مشكلة الفساد من أبرز التحديات التي واجهت العراق بعد عام 2003، وقد ازدادت آثارها السلبية على التنمية والاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي، لذلك برز دور هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية بوصفها المؤسسة الرسمية المعنية بمنع الفساد والتحقيق في قضاياه وتعزيز مبادئ الشفافية والمساءلة، إذ شهدت الهيئة بعد عام 2020 تحولات ملحوظة في آليات عملها نتيجة الضغوط الشعبية والإصلاحات الحكومية، إذ اتجهت الحكومة العراقية إلى تشديد إجراءات مكافحة الفساد واسترداد الأموال العامة، وقد عملت الهيئة على توسيع نطاق التحقيقات في قضايا الرشوة والاختلاس واستغلال النفوذ، فضلاً عن التعاون مع الجهات القضائية والرقابية لملاحقة المتهمين واسترجاع الأموال المهربة خارج البلاد، كما اعتمدت الهيئة أنظمة للإفصاح عن الذمة المالية، إضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي مع منظمات معنية بمكافحة الفساد بهدف تطوير أدوات الرقابة والوقاية.
