الملخص

تناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية لعام 2022 وأبعادها الاقتصادية و الجيوستراتيجية من خلال تتبع جذورها التاريخية وتفكيك محدداتها الجيوستراتيجية الراهنة وانطلق البحث من فرضية مفادها أن الصراع المعاصر ليس مجرد نزاع حدودي تقليدي، بل هو صدام نسقي يرتبط بالعقيدة الأمنية الروسية التي ترى في الجغرافيا الأوكرانية خطاً أحمر لحماية أمنها القومي وعمقها الدفاعي في مواجهة التمدد الغربي. وقد سلط البحث الضوء على الدوافع والمحفزات التي أدت إلى تجدد المواجهة العسكرية الشاملة، متتبعاً التموجات والارتدادات العميقة التي خلفتها الحرب على بنية الاقتصاد العالمي. وأظهرت النتائج أن الحرب أحدثت صدمة هيكلية عابرة للحدود تسببت في إعادة هندسة أسواق الطاقة العالمية، واضطراب حاد في سلاسل التوريد والسلع الأساسية، مما أفرز موجات تضخمية قياسية دفعت البنوك المركزية الكبرى لتغيير سياساتها النقدية. كما خلص البحث إلى أن هذا الصراع، بتداخله مع ملفات إقليمية أخرى كالتوترات الإيرانية الأمريكية يسهم في تسريع ولادة نظام دولي جديد قائم على التحالفات التقنية والطاقوية وتعدد الكتل المصلحية، مما يفرض على القوى الإقليمية والدولية تبني استراتيجيات مرنة تقوم على تنويع الشراكات وتوطين الصناعات الدفاعية وتأمين سلاسل إمداد مستقلة لضمان استقرارها الاقتصادي والسياسي.
