الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير التحقيقات الجنائية، مع التركيز على الجرائم الإلكترونية، من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين العراق والإمارات العربية المتحدة. استعرض البحث في المبحث الأول ماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي، من حيث تعريفه، تطوره، أهدافه، وأهميته في كشف الجرائم الإلكترونية. بينما ركز المبحث الثاني على المتطلبات الضرورية لتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التحقيقات، سواء من الناحية التقنية أو البشرية، بالإضافة إلى استعراض أبرز تطبيقاته العملية في العمل الجنائي، مثل تحليل البيانات، التعرف على الأنماط السلوكية، والتنبؤ بالجريمة. كما ناقش البحث فوائد ومخاطر الاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الجنائي، بما في ذلك التحديات القانونية والأخلاقية، وأوصى بضرورة وضع أطر تشريعية تنظم استخدام هذه التقنيات لضمان العدالة وحماية الخصوصية.
