القيمة القانونية للمعاهدات الدولية في ظل الدستور العراقي النافذ لعام 2005

إن المعاهدة الدولية باتت تفرض مسؤولية تنفيذها على كافة السلطات داخل الدولة لما تلعبه من دور رئيسي وهام على المستوى الوطني وبالتالي لابد من إدخال تلك الالتزامات ضمن النطاق القانوني للدولة من أجل تحقيق الهدف من إبرامها وفي النظام القانوني العراقي يتم إدماج المعاهدة بشكل غير مباشر ومن طريق قانون يسمى بقانون تصديق المعاهدة الدولية؛ الأمر الذي يعطي للمعاهدة قيمة قانونية وهو ما أكدته كافة الدساتير العراقية المتعاقبة وحتى صدور الدستور العراقي النافذ لعام 2005.
