يتناول هذا الموضوع تحليل الرؤية الروسية تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط في إطار التحولات الجيوسياسية المعاصرة، مع التركيز على طبيعة المقاربة التي تعتمدها روسيا في التعامل مع الصراعات الإقليمية، ويسعى إلى استكشاف الأدوات التي توظفها روسيا، بما في ذلك البعد العسكري والدبلوماسي والاقتصادي والإعلامي، لفهم كيفية تفاعلها مع بيئة إقليمية معقدة ومتغيرة، كما يسلط الضوء على أنماط العلاقات التي تبنيها روسيا مع الفاعلين الإقليميين والدوليين، ودورها في إدارة التوازنات القائمة، ويهدف هذا الطرح إلى تقديم قراءة تحليلية عامة لطبيعة الحضور الروسي وآلياته في الشرق الأوسط ضمن سياق التنافس الدولي.
