Abstract

Radioactive pollution is one of the most dangerous types of environmental pollution. Its danger lies in the negative effects it has on all living organisms, especially humans, causing many diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders. There are two types of radioactive pollution: internal, which enters the body through inhaling contaminated air or consuming contaminated liquids, and external, which does not penetrate the body. Sources of radioactive pollution are either natural, such as radiation from space or reflected from the water's surface, or artificial, resulting from industries, nuclear reactors, and other sources. Determining the person responsible for the crime of radioactive pollution is a delicate and complex matter due to the intermingling of all activities, making it difficult to attribute the criminal outcome. This will be explained in detail in our research.
