الملخص

يعد التلوث الاشعاعي من اخطر انواع التلــوث البيئي ، وتكمن خطورتـــه فيما يسببــه من اثار سلبيـــة لجميع الكائنات الحية وعلى وجـــه الخصوص الانسان ، اذ تسبب له العديد من الامراض منها الامراض السرطانيـــة فضلاً عن الامراض الوراثيـــة ، وهناك نوعان للتلوث الاشعاعي احدهمـــا داخلي يدخــل الجســم عن طريق استنشاق الهواء الملوث او تناول السوائل الملوثـــة وغيرها والاخرخارجي لا ينفذ الى داخل الجســم ، اما عن مصادر التلوث الاشعاعي فهي اما طبيعية كالاشعاعــات القادمة من الفضاء اوالمنعكســة من سطح الماء او صناعية ناتجة عن الصناعات والمفاعلات النووية وغيرها ، فتحديد الشخص المسؤول عن جريمة التلوث الاشعاعي من المسائل الدقيقــة والمعقدة نتيجة اختلاط جميع الانشطة على نحو يصعــب اسناد النتيجة الجرمية وهذا ما سنوضحه تفصيـلاً في بحثنــا .
