الملخص

يتناول البحث ظاهرة الشعبوية باعتبارها ظاهرة تأريخية متجددة تتمثل في الخطاب السياسي القائم على استغلال السخط الشعبي لمواجهة سطوة النخب الحاكمة , من خلال تقسيم المجتمع الى نخبة تتسم بالفساد ومجتمع يتصف بالنقاء , كما تؤدي الشعبوية الى اضعاف المؤسسات الديمقراطية وتعميق الانقسامات المجتمعية وتهميش الأقليات والتأثير على الفواعل غير الرسمية في النظم السياسية والمنظمات الدولية ما ينعكس سلبا على الاستقرار السياسي والتعاون الدولي.
