يتناول هذا البحث مسألة الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية في إطار القواعد القانونية الدولية، مع التركيز على الوضع الإيراني كنموذج. يعرض البحث القواعد الأساسية التي تنظم الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية وفقًا للقانون الدولي، ويفرق بين القواعد التي تحكم امتلاك الأسلحة النووية وتلك التي تنظم الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية. كما يناقش حقوق الدول في استخدام الطاقة النووية لأغراض سلمية ضمن الإطار القانوني الدولي، بالإضافة إلى التزامات هذه الدول تجاه المجتمع الدولي، بما في ذلك التزامها بالشفافية والتعاون مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية. في النهاية، يعرض البحث التحديات التي تواجهها إيران في هذا السياق وكيفية تعاملها مع الأزمة الحالية، وتناقش الخيارات المتاحة أمام الوكالة الدولية للطاقة النووية وإيران في محاولة لتجاوز هذه الأزمة.
