The legal system for e-commerce according to Instructions No. 4 of 2025

This study examines the Internet as a general characteristic of commerce. It attempts to clarify its legal system by providing a service and a means of negotiation between a seller and a buyer, and providing these after-sales services electronically. This is done by reviewing the concept of e-commerce, which works to support medium and small enterprises that operate via the Internet. These projects are the basis for e-commerce, which works to open the doors for individuals to integrate into the work of e-marketing. This is done by studying the recently issued e-commerce instructions No. (4) of 2025. Which allowed individuals and partners to conduct business transactions without physical presence This necessitates in-depth study about the changes brought about by this commerce, and obtain a license to practice this commerce, the obligations of the e-commerce merchant.
