Abstract

The administrative system in Islam is a fundamental function of administration in general. It is an integrated system based on the principles of consultation (shura), justice, and efficiency, and grounded in the foundations of the Quran and the Sunnah (Prophetic traditions). When we speak of this system, we are speaking of a phenomenon that existed thousands of years ago, built on a solid foundation and based on an integrated structure whose effects have become evident over the years. It emphasizes the importance of the human element, a sense of responsibility, and the achievement of legitimate goals such as the development of the land. This system is characterized by its flexibility to meet the challenges of the times while remaining steadfast in its core principles. The Islamic approach to organizing public administration varies from country to country, depending on the political and social circumstances of each nation.
