The pharmacy profession constitutes a fundamental pillar of the healthcare system, as pharmacists bear a critical legal obligation to dispense safe medications that meet established specifications. Given the daily handling of high-risk pharmaceutical substances and psychotropic drugs, it is essential to legally define the boundaries between legitimate practice and the intentional crimes a pharmacist might commit by exceeding the scope of their license.
