الملخص

تعتبر المقدسات الدينية من العقائد الروحية لدى الانسان وجزءاً لايتجزأ من حياته وكيانه الاساسي ، وان اي اعتداء او مساس بها قولاً او فعلاً يعتبر مساس بشخصه وفكره وكافة الامور الدينية المتعلقة به ، لذا سعت المنظمات والدول الى وضع أليات وقواعد قانونية تعمل على حماية المقدسات الدينية من اي اعتداء يطالها سواء كان هذا الاعتداء بالفعل او القول من خلال ماتقوم به بعض الجهات المتطرفة من نشر مقالات او مواضيع تتضمن الاساءة للاديان الاخرى ومنها الدين الاسلامي ، لذا سنحاول في هذا البحث بيان مدى الحماية القانونية والدولية المقررة للمقدسات الدينية لضمان سلامتها من الانتهاكات التي تطالها والعمل على توفير الحماية القانونية لها .
