يتناول هذا البحث مسألة الحماية الجنائية للأسرة من الجرائم الأخلاقية، مُسلِّطاً الضوء على القصور التشريعي في القانون العراقي، ومُشدّداً على ضرورة تحديث النصوص القانونية لضمان حماية فعّالة للروابط الأسرية، ويعتمد البحث على تحليل قانوني مُقارن بالتجربة المغربية كنموذج إصلاحي ناجح. ويعرض التحديات العملية والثغرات الإجرائية التي تواجه الضحايا داخل الأسرة، ويختتم بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والمقترحات التي تُسهم في تطوير الإطار القانوني العراقي نحو تشريعات أكثر فعالية وإنصافًا لمكافحة الجرائم الأخلاقية الأسرية.
