توظيف وسائل التواصل الإجتماعى فى الدبلوماسية والعلاقات الدولية " الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية أنموذجاً"

تناولت هذه الدراسة توظيف وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها على ممارسات الدبلوماسية والعلاقات الدولية، حيث أصبحت هذه الوسائل أداة فاعلة في يد الدول والمؤسسات والمنظمات الدولية الحكومية وغير الحكومية ، لتعزيز مكانتها، والتواصل مع الرأي العام العالمي، والتأثير على السياسات الدولية. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ساهمت في تطوير الدبلوماسية الرقمية، وأوجدت مسارات جديدة في العلاقات الدولية تقوم على التفاعل اللحظي، والانفتاح، والمشاركة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الوسائل تحمل أيضًا العديد من التحديات، كالأخبار الزائفة، والصراعات السيبرانية، ما يوجب على الدول تبني استراتيجيات تضمن الاستخدام المسؤول والفعّال لها. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إعداد كوادر دبلوماسية رقمية، وتبني سياسات واضحة للدبلوماسية الرقمية بما يعزز مكانة الدول في المحافل الدولية.
