الملخص

يُعدُّ النزاع الدولي حول حقول النفط المشتركة من القضايا الدولية ذات الأبعاد السياسية والقانونية والاقتصادية، والتي تتطلب اتباع السبل السلمية والدبلوماسية، كالتفاوض، والمساعي الحميدة، والوساطة، والتحقيق، والتوفيق، والتسوية السياسية. أما السبل القانونية، كالتحكيم، والقضاء الدولي، فتتم من خلال ترشيح الدول المتنازعة لفريق التفاوض، الذي يُعهد إليه بمهام اقتراح وإيجاد الحلول القانونية المناسبة، كالاتفاقيات والمعاهدات أو العقود القانونية التي تُنظِّم كيفية إدارة إنتاج واستغلال وتطوير حقول النفط المشتركة، بموافقة الأطراف المعنية، وبما يحفظ مصالحها.
