Abstract

The Armed conflict is an abnormal situation in international relations or even in national societies. The situation of armed conflict, whether international or non-international, results in the loss of civilians or even military personnel’s lives or property. Sometimes, families are cut off from news of the lives of their loved ones, which causes inhumane situations as well as multiple legal problems, leaving the duty of international organizations to investigate the fate of these missing persons and find out their fate.
