الملخص

كان التعايش السلمي قبل احتلال العراق في عام 2003 موجوداً بين مكوناته الاجتماعية بشكل عام ومحافطة نينوى بشكل خاص، لكن بعد عام 2003 بدأ ذلك التعايش يضعف.

وعند دخول تنظيم داعش لمدينة الموصل في حزيران/يونيو عام 2014 حاول التنظيم زعزعة التعايش السلمي داخل المدينة فقد عمل على تهجير المسيحين والشبك وسبي الايزيديات واعدم الكثير من ابناء المدينة وسُجن آخرين، وكذلك عمل على نشر الحقد والكراهية بين مكوناتها بدلاً من نشر وتعزيز ثقافة التعايش والمحبة التي كانت بينهم، لكن بدأ التعايش يعود تدريجياً في المحافظة بعد القضاء على تنظيم داعش وتحرير محافظة نينوى من قبضته الا ان في الوقت نفسه التعايش ما زال يواجه بعض التحديات ويتطلب بعض الأمور والحلول الضرورية من اجل تحقيقه بالشكل الصحيح.

وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على هذه القضية من خلال توظيف تحليل مايكل لند للصراعات، الذي يوفر إطاراً لفهم العوامل البنيوية والسلوكية والسياقية التي تغذي الصراع وتلك التي تساهم في تهدئته وحله، إذ يركز هذا النموذج على تحليل ديناميكيات الصراع الاجتماعي من التصعيد إلى التسوية.
