Abstract

International cooperation constitutes one of the most prominent contemporary transformations in the structure of international relations, as it has become a central principle in managing common affairs between states, especially in light of transnational challenges that cannot be confronted by national capabilities alone. Among the most important of these challenges are economic and financial crimes, and Its foremost concern is corruption, a complex and multidimensional phenomenon that affects political, economic, and social structures, and hinders development and stability. The increasing severity of this phenomenon has led to an unprecedented evolution in International cooperation mechanisms.
